Ingredients
Half a cucumber (ca. 100g)
140g fresh tomatoes
100g Vegan Greek feta cheese
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
100g Kalamata olives (or any olives that you like but make sure they are pitted)
Instructions
Chop the cucumber, tomatoes, and feta into bite-sized cubes and put them in a large bowl
Add the olives to the salad and mix everything together
Sprinkle the dried oregano over the salad, then dress with the white wine vinegar and olive oil.
Stir well and let sit for a few minutes before serving (in order for the flavor of the oregano to infuse into the ingredients)
