Vegan chocolate Crepes

Ingredients

  • 1,8 dl all-purpose flour

  • 1,2 dl buckwheat flour

  • 0,8 dl unsweetened cacao powder

  • 3,5 dl almond milk (or any other non-dairy milk)

  • 1,2 dl sparkling water

  • 3 tablespoons agave syrup

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 1 big banana or 2 small ones

  • A pinch of salt

  • Coconut oil for the pan



Instructions

  1. Blend all of the ingredients together until well combined

  2. Grease a pan with coconut oil

  3. Pour the batter into the center of the pan and let it spread out to make it as thin as possible. Cook it for about 3 minutes or when you start to see tiny bubbles, then flip. Cook the other side for about 2 minutes.

  4. Do this until you are out of batter.

  5. Stuff your crepes with fresh fruit and chocolate sauce or other toppings of your liking.

  6. Enjoy :)
