Ingredients
1,8 dl all-purpose flour
1,2 dl buckwheat flour
0,8 dl unsweetened cacao powder
3,5 dl almond milk (or any other non-dairy milk)
1,2 dl sparkling water
3 tablespoons agave syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 big banana or 2 small ones
A pinch of salt
Coconut oil for the pan
Instructions
Blend all of the ingredients together until well combined
Grease a pan with coconut oil
Pour the batter into the center of the pan and let it spread out to make it as thin as possible. Cook it for about 3 minutes or when you start to see tiny bubbles, then flip. Cook the other side for about 2 minutes.
Do this until you are out of batter.
Stuff your crepes with fresh fruit and chocolate sauce or other toppings of your liking.
