Ingredients
1.2 dl vegan butter
2.4 dl sugar
4 tbsp non-dairy milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 dl flour
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1.2 dl vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 190 °C or 375 °F.
Cream together vegan butter and sugar until combined & fluffy. Add non-dairy milk and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together all of the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt).
Add the dry ingredients to the wet in two parts whilst stirring to form a dough. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Use a large spoon to roll 1-2 tbsp size balls of dough. Place evenly on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 9-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes before moving them to a cooling rack.
