2 dl oats
3 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 dl coconut flakes + 1 dl to roll in
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon cold coffee
Mix everything in a mixer. Form the batter into small balls and roll them in coconut flakes. Let sit in the fridge for an hour.
Voila! A quick and healthy snack for on the go.
