What does it mean to be “productive”? The word “productive” has a different meaning for everyone. Being “productive” does not necessarily mean that you should be “that person”. The kind of person that wakes up at 5am to do yoga and journal, eats healthy and studies for like 4 hours. The key here is to define what “productive” means to you. According to you, it could mean that you’ll read for an hour or even study for just 15 minutes. It’s all up to you.
You should never associate the time you spend studying to your level of productivity. No one is the same. Someone can work better if they study for just 15 mins a day, everyday and someone else might prefer to study just 4 hours on Sunday and none on weekdays. It all differs from person to person & you shouldn’t compare yourselves with others . Besides, even if you’ve read just a page from your book, it counts! You’ve done something which is better than nothing ^^
“We often dismiss small changes because they don’t seem to matter very much in the moment.” - Atomic Habits by James Clear
Try looking at your day to day progress and be consistent. Don’t think that you can’t achieve something. Instead, try doing whatever you can to achieve it. If you just stop and ask yourself, what did I learn? I promise that you will be surprised with the progress that you have made.
P.s - Taking care of yourself is also a form of productivity ♥
