Vegan food has long been known to be time consuming and weird. But the truth is that it can actually be really good, quick and easy to prepare. Dairy products need not be the reason behind a delicious dessert and that’s what this recipe is here to prove. This vegan brownie recipe will be the best and only one that you will ever need, no matter if you are vegan or not.
Ingredients
113 grams vegan Butter
300 grams Sugar
81 grams Oat milk
Vanilla Extract
135 grams Flour
75 grams Cocoa
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
a pinch of salt
170 grams vegan chocolate
How to:
First and foremost, preheat the oven to 170°C, then prepare a pan with parchment paper. A tip is to rub some softened butter on top of the parchment paper to decrease the chance of the brownies sticking to the paper. In a large bowl, whisk together the hot melted butter with the sugar and then whisk in the milk and vanilla. Combine the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.) in a separate bowl. Mix the dry ingredients into the butter and sugar mixture until it is all well combined. Spread the batter evenly into the baking pan. Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until preferred consistency is reached. Let cool for 25 minutes, then grab the parchment paper handles and pull the brownies out. Best served with Coconut whipped cream. PRO TIP: For clean-cut brownies, run a clean knife under hot water in between each cut. For an extra sweet taste, add some vegan chocolate chips into the batter, prior to putting it into the oven.
Will definitly try this recepie out!
